Things To Do In Minneapolis

When you find yourself in the great state of Minnesota, the list of things to do and see is endless but we’ve come up with a list of our top 3!

Make sure to visit the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Not only is it visually stimulating, but it is also a mini golf park! Grab your friends, family, or just go alone. This mini golf park has several sculptures to admire as you put around the course.

If you don’t feel like golfing, it’s still fun to tour the park and admire all the sculptures. The tour can take around 2 hours if you take your time. This garden is located near the Walker Art Center and is 11 acres.

If you and your group enjoy staying physically active, Minnesota provides that too! Above the Falls Sports provides a tour guided trip on canoe through the Mississippi River. Not only do you learn historical facts about this beautiful city but you get plenty of fun in the sun and possibly spot our great nations Bald Eagle in its natural habitat.

This is an activity you can do with large or small groups. Regardless of the size of your group, everyone will be talking about this excursion for months to come and have some amazing pictures of downtown Minneapolis.

Last but not least, we highly suggest making time to visit the Mill Ruins Park. It falls right in the bank of the Mississippi River and is easily accessible for all visitors. The infamous bridge leads to a historic neighborhood where you’ll find places to buy souvenirs and restaurants. It has been known to be such a great experience that tourists come back to tour Mill Ruins Park the following day!

When visiting Minnesota, it’s nearly impossible to visit all of the amazing landmarks but regardless of which adventure you choose to partake, we know it will be time well spent.
